Process & Timeline:

Step 1

Obtain invoice detailing all fees associated with the submission of your Real Estate Investment application.

Step 2

Preparation of application forms, collection of supporting documents (notarization and certifications).

Step 3

Execution of Sales and Purchase Agreement.

Step 4

A complete review of your citizenship application by our licensed CIP agent.

Step 5

Submission of documents for bank due diligence.

Step 6

Submission of application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit. Submission Fees and Real estate deposit due.

Step 7

Approval by the Citizenship by Investment Unit issued within 3 months of submission of application.

Step 8

Final invoice issued (Investment payment and remainder of government fees due).

Step 9

Passport and Certificate of Registration (COR) issued within 1 month after making investment payment.

Step 10

Passports and CORs couriered. Share certificates and title deed issued by developer.
