Applicants are required to make an investment in a designated, officially approved business.

A principal applicant, on his own behalf, makes an investment in an approved business of at least US $1,500,000, or a minimum of 2 persons make a joint investment in an approved business totaling at least US $5,000,000. Each person is required to contribute at least US $400,000 to the joint investment.

Process & Timeline:

Step 1

Obtain invoice detailing all fees associated with the submission of your Business Investment application.

Step 2

Preparation of application forms, collection of supporting documents (notarization and certifications).

Step 3

A complete review of your citizenship application by our licensed CIP agent.

Step 4

Submission of documents for bank due diligence.

Step 5

Submission of application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit. Submission Fees due.

Step 6

Approval by the Citizenship by Investment Unit issued within 3 months of submission of application.

Step 7

Final invoice issued (Investment payment and remainder of government fees due).

Step 8

Passport and Certificate of Registration (COR) issued within 1 month after making investment payment.

Step 9

Passports and CORs couriered.
